HVAC system was replaced 5 years ago with a 10 year warranty. All exterior trim has been replaced with PVC boards, glued and screwed in place. Upgraded 6" gutters have stainless steel micro-mesh gutter guards. The chimney has been repointed and a new cap installed, painted with high temp engine paint.
