Property Description

LIVE AND WORK ON-SITE. The property is irregularly shaped, has 100 feet of frontage on it and contains at least 12,000 square feet. The property is improved with a two-story building of average quality masonry construction with a floor area of 4,968 square feet and wall height of twelve feet. The flooring include carpeting and stained hardwood with tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The heating system is oil-fired, hot water radiators; air conditioning is supplied by tenant-owned, through-the-wall units. Each apartment has a three-fixture bath and typical kitchen cabinet layout. The light Commercial unit is unfinished, with suspended fluorescent fixtures and has a bathroom in the left side. The electrical service is single-phase, at 230 volts, with separate services for the two apartments and the work shop.
